Birth Support Package
As a birth doula, my goal is to help you have the best birth experience possible. I support the birth that YOU want! This is your journey! I am here to honor and advocate for your wishes and to support you through this life-changing experience.
Services include:

unlimited informational resources such as handouts, links to useful websites, local resources

2-4 prenatal meetings to discuss your birth wishes, answer any questions you may have, go over preferred comfort techniques, and help you prepare for birth

call, text, or email support throughout pregnancy

continuous individualized in person labor support until up to 2 hours after the birth

1-2 postpartum checkups within two weeks after your baby's birth to help you get settled, answer any questions, provide final resources as needed, and talk about the birth.
Cost: $1,000-$1,200
Postpartum Support Packages
Postpartum support can be a game changer for new parents or parents welcoming a new addition to their family. My goal as your postpartum doula is to support you as you heal from birth, adjust to having a new tiny human in your life, and help you gain confidence and thrive as a parent.
Services include:
informational resources on physical and emotional postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, and newborn care
breastfeeding and/or pumping support
emotional support and birth processing
postpartum recovery support
sibling and/or infant care while parents shower, nap, etc.
newborn care guidance (diapering, bathing, feeding, etc.)
light house chores such as: laundry, dishes, tidying up
meal planning/meal prep
Each visit lasts 4 hours with a 4 visit minimum. Client can hire me for up to 4 visits per week for up to 3 months of services.
Cost: $40/hour
Birth and Postpartum Support
This package is the best of both worlds. You will receive both birth and postpartum support at a packaged price.
